Our specialist groups offer mums and bubs the chance to train in two beautiful locations in the Inner West of Sydney. Each location has been selected for easy parking, toilets, shade or lights depending on time of day, Nice breezes and views, and handy for good coffee for after your workout! Timetable subject to change depending on numbers and need.

Just off Majors Bay Road, we meet in our all weather venue on Rickard Street. Street parking is available just outside the hall and fab coffee options are just a short drive away!

Tucked away just off the Bay Run, this all weather venue has it all: space, toilets and a lovely little park for the kids to play in after class.
